How to lengthen the neck with exercise:


  • The individual sits in a fully upright position; So that the head, neck and spine are aligned, with the importance of the individual pulling the shoulders down.
  • The exercise begins with the individual bending his head to the right side, with the face facing forward with the rest of the body still, and keeping the shoulders pulled down for ten seconds, and the same process is repeated for the left side.
  • It must be noted that the next movement is similar to the previous movement, but this time the individual moves his head to the right side, with the importance of looking in the same direction for ten seconds, and it is worth noting that the head must be moved as far as possible, and the same movement is repeated to the opposite side.
  • After completing the first two movements, the same exercise is practiced with the same actions, but this time the individual raises his head up; So that one can see the ceiling, and it is important to make sure to maintain a straight body posture, with the shoulders pulled down during exercise.
  • Repeat this exercise in the opposite direction. So that the individual can see the ground when doing this exercise.
  • At the end of the exercise, the head is moved in a circular motion, with the importance of maintaining the same body shape and pulling the shoulders to the underside.

It must be noted that the individual performs neck strengthening exercises after completing neck lengthening exercises, as follows:

  • This exercise can be done in both standing or sitting positions. Where the individual clasps the hands at the back of the head while looking down, then the head is raised up, but with the importance of the individual pushing the head with the hands down.
  • The second movement is practiced by standing up straight and lifting only the shoulders up, stabilizing for ten seconds, then returning to a relaxed position.
